Worcester State published an annual yearbook from 1935 to 2010 with two known stand-alone volumes from 1926 and 1927. Yearbooks include portraits of students, faculty, and staff as well as photographs and general information about academic and extracurricular programs, and the physical campus. Volumes were laid out by student committees andthey  vary in design from year to year. Of special note are commemorative themes for Worcester State’s 100^th anniversary (1974), and the United States Bicentennial (1976).

Subsequent yearbook volumes display differing publishers and subtitles: Raggensdraddle, Transitions, Accolade and others.; The State Normal School at Worcester was renamed Worcester State Teachers College in 1932, Worcester State College in 1962, and Worcester State University in 2010.
